250 gr of powdered sugar
80 grams of butter
25 ml of milk
- We begin by mixing the previously sifted powdered sugar in a bowl, with the butter at room temperature using an electric mixer.
- If you don’t have one, you can do it with a homemade metal whisk, it will take a little effort but it will be just as good.
- When the mixture looks grainy, we add the milk little by little and continue stirring.
- Now it’s time to add the coloring and the essence of vanilla or the aroma that you have chosen.
