BUTTER CREAM ๐Ÿ˜‹


Ingredients:


250 gr of powdered sugar
80 grams of butter
25 ml of milk


Preparation:

  1. We begin by mixing the previously sifted powdered sugar in a bowl, with the butter at room temperature using an electric mixer.
  2. If you donโ€™t have one, you can do it with a homemade metal whisk, it will take a little effort but it will be just as good.
  3. When the mixture looks grainy, we add the milk little by little and continue stirring.
  4. Now itโ€™s time to add the coloring and the essence of vanilla or the aroma that you have chosen.
