BUTTER CREAM 😋


Ingredients:


250 gr of powdered sugar
80 grams of butter
25 ml of milk


Preparation:

  1. We begin by mixing the previously sifted powdered sugar in a bowl, with the butter at room temperature using an electric mixer.
  2. If you don’t have one, you can do it with a homemade metal whisk, it will take a little effort but it will be just as good.
  3. When the mixture looks grainy, we add the milk little by little and continue stirring.
  4. Now it’s time to add the coloring and the essence of vanilla or the aroma that you have chosen.
