Crispy ham rolls

How to make them delicious!
Crispy and tender, they are irresistible!  Best appetizer ever.


250g sliced ​​ham
150g mozzarella, sliced
2 g (2 tsp) dried oregano
3 eggs
3g (1/2 tsp) salt
1 g (1/2 teaspoon) black pepper
pinch of curry
100g (1 cup) breadcrumbs
40 g (1/3 cup) grated parmesan
160g (1 cup) flour
Vegetable oil (for frying)


Put 2 slices of ham on top of each other.
Top with a slice of mozzarella, sprinkle with oregano and wrap the roll.  Continue with the remaining ingredients.
Place the rolls in a freezer-safe box and freeze for 25 minutes.
Prepare the breading station: In a bowl, whisk 3 eggs with a pinch of curry, salt and pepper. 

Put the breadcrumbs on a separate plate and mix with the grated parmesan.  Put a cup of flour on another plate.

Coat each roll in flour, then dip in beaten eggs and coat in breadcrumbs.  Then repeat this procedure one more time to create a double breading.

In a pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the rolls for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
