Orange cake

3 eggs
200 grams of sugar
125 ml orange fanta
100 ml light olive or sunflower oil
200 grams of flour
Half envelope of yeast
Peel of an orange


  1. Put the sugar and eggs in a bowl and beat until the mixture is well prickly and white. Add the fanta and oil and beat until fully integrated.
  2. Sift the flour and yeast and add it to the previous mixture, mixing gently with a spatula until there are no lumps. Pour the mixture into a mold (previously greased) and put it in the oven (preheated to 180 degrees with heat on top and bottom) for 35-40 minutes. As I always tell you that the time varies depending on the oven, the type of mold… so keep an eye on it after half an hour just in case.
  3. When it’s ready, we take it out of the oven and let it rest on a wire rack for 10 minutes before unmolding it. Enjoy our delicious cake!
