ORANGE FANTA CAKE 😋
200 grams of sugar
125 ml orange fanta
100 ml light olive or sunflower oil
200 grams of flour
Half envelope of yeast
Peel of an orange
- Put the sugar and eggs in a bowl and beat until the mixture is well prickly and white. Add the fanta and oil and beat until fully integrated.
- Sift the flour and yeast and add it to the previous mixture, mixing gently with a spatula until there are no lumps. Pour the mixture into a mold (previously greased) and put it in the oven (preheated to 180 degrees with heat on top and bottom) for 35-40 minutes. As I always tell you that the time varies depending on the oven, the type of mold… so keep an eye on it after half an hour just in case.
- When it’s ready, we take it out of the oven and let it rest on a wire rack for 10 minutes before unmolding it. Enjoy our delicious cake!
