Ingredients:

2-3 lemons Lemon peel
80ml lemon juice
4 medium eggs
260 grams of sugar
170 ml of sunflower oil
170ml milk
260 gr flour 00
70 gr of potato starch a bag of baking powder

Indications:

  1. Mix lemon zest and juice.
  2. Beat the eggs with the sugar and add the oil, lemon paste, milk, flour, starch and yeast.
  3. Pour the mixture into the donut pan and bake at 356Β°F/180Β° for 35/40 minutes
