HOMEMADE LEMON CAKE π
Ingredients:
2-3 lemons Lemon peel
80ml lemon juice
4 medium eggs
260 grams of sugar
170 ml of sunflower oil
170ml milk
260 gr flour 00
70 gr of potato starch a bag of baking powder
Indications:
- Mix lemon zest and juice.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar and add the oil, lemon paste, milk, flour, starch and yeast.
- Pour the mixture into the donut pan and bake at 356Β°F/180Β° for 35/40 minutes
