Hot Shrimp Dip
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/4 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
1/2 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3–4 dashes hot sauce
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the dip base: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.
Add the cheeses and seasonings: Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded Pepper Jack cheese, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Mix until well combined.
Transfer to a baking dish: Spoon the dip mixture into a small baking dish (such as a 9×9-inch or similar size) and spread it out evenly.
Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping.
