Fried windmills

Fried windmills might seem like an unusual concept, conjuring images of unconventional culinary experiments. However, it could also be a metaphorical expression,

INGREDIENTS :

Flatbread or tortillas;
150 g (⅔ cup) mayonnaise;
6 slices of cheese;
10 slices of beef
2 eggs;
Vegetable oil for frying.

METHOD :

Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise evenly on each flour tortilla.
Place slices of beef and cheese on top to cover.

Roll up each tortilla tightly and cut into pieces.

Dip each individual roll in beaten eggs and fry in preheated oil on both sides until golden brown (about 6-8 minutes).
