With cream cheese cream: You’ve never tasted SALMON so delicious!
You can make the spinach and salmon roll spread with delicios
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE SALMON AND SPINACH ROLL:
4 eggs (size M)
¼ tsp salt
1 pinch of white pepper
200 g fresh leaf spinach
50 g grated Gouda
200 g cream cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
300 g smoked salmon in thin slices
ALSO
1 sheet of baking paper
some cling film
PREPARATION
Step 1
Put the eggs in a measuring cup and season with salt and pepper. Wash and clean the spinach, drain well and mix it into the eggs using a hand blender. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees top and bottom heat (140 degrees fan oven).
Step 2
Put the baking paper on a baking tray. Pour the egg and spinach mixture on top and sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Bake the tray in the oven for about 12 minutes until the egg sets.
Step 3
Remove the baking tray and let it cool. Carefully remove the set egg and spinach mixture from the baking paper and spread with the cream cheese. Drizzle with a little lemon juice, place the salmon next to each other and roll up the spinach mixture tightly.
Step 4
Wrap the roll tightly in cling film and seal the edges well. Leave to rest in the fridge for 2 hours. Before serving, remove the film and cut the salmon and spinach roll into rolls about 2 cm thick.
