Step 1

Step 4

Pour the minced meat into the previously greased skillet and cook it until golden. Then, add soy sauce, olive oil and bean sprouts and add to the previous mixture to mix it with all the ingredients.

It is recommended to reserve for a few minutes so that all the flavors are integrated. step 5 To form the lumpias, spread out the rice paper or dough, then add the portion of filling you want and wrap to make the roll.

Next, start frying them for 2 minutes in a pan with enough oil and place them on absorbent paper to remove all the excess oil.
