Donuts filled with strawberry cheesecake

For the donuts:
1 cup of warmed milk2 teaspoons active dry yeast2 tablespoons of sugar2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour1/2 teaspoon salt2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted1 large eggFor the filling: 1 cup cream cheese, softened1/2 cup powdered sugar1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 cup strawberry jam
For the glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar2 tablespoons of milk1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Prepare the dough: In a bowl, dissolve the yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar in warm milk. Sit until foamy, about 5 minutes. Add flour, salt, melted butter, egg and the remaining sugar. Knee until smooth. Get up until you double.Shape and fry donuts: On a floured surface, roll out the dough to 1/2 inch thick. Cut the donuts and let them rise again. Fry in 375°F (190°C) oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.Make the filling: Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in strawberry jam.Fill donuts: Once cooled, poke a hole in the side of each donut. Pipe in strawberry cheesecake filling.Icing: mix powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Drizzle over filled donuts.
