Chocolate Cupcakes

A super soft chocolate cake, topped with chocolate, and finished with a rosette of chocolate ganache 🍫, for chocolate fans, really a killer, treat your taste buds 🤤🤤🤤 I leave you with the recipe;

For the cake:

150g flour
100g of sugar
2 eggs Pinch of salt
1 tsp baking soda
100g of milk Packet of yeast
90g sunflower oil 2 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla flavoring In a bowl mix the flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder, baking soda.

In another bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla flavor well, then add the oil, and the milk, mix again, then add the dry ingredients to the preparation, mix everything well.

Pour into the muffin tin, preheat the oven to 170 degrees, bake for 15 to 20 minutes, let cool.

For the whipped chocolate ganache:

(prepare the day before)
120g chocolate
30g of honey
180g liquid cream
150g mascarpone

Heat the cream with the honey, then pour over the chocolate, mix well, then mix everything with an immersion blender, wrap in film and refrigerate overnight

The next day add the mascarpone and whisk everything together.

Dig each cupcake, garnish with melted chocolate, and pipe a nice rosette of ganache, decorate with a few chocolate slices 🍫 before serving 😜😋😋😋😋😋 Good tasting greedy
