APPLE CAKE 😋

Ingredients:

250g of flour
150g of sugar
3 apples
3 eggs
90g butter
1 packet of baking powder 90g of walnuts
1 lemon
160 ml of milk

Indications:

1. Peel and cut the apples, both in slices and in cubes.
2. Put them in a container with a little lemon juice.
3. Apart, beat the eggs and sugar. Then add the melted butter.
4. Also add sifted flour, milk and baking powder.
5. Lastly, add the diced apples and chopped walnuts.
6. Pour the dough into a mold and place apple slices on top.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes
