PUDDING COOKIES CHOCOLATE
Ingredients:
White cream:
• 300ml condensed milk
• 300ml of cream
• 300ml of milk
• 2 tablespoons of corn starch • 2 yolks Chocolate cream:
• 300ml condensed milk
• 300ml of cream
• 300ml of milk
• 2 tablespoons of corn starch • 3 tablespoons 50% cocoa
• Cookies
• Milk
• Vanilla
• Grated chocolate for decoration
• Strawberries for decoration
Preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients for the white cream and bring to a boil.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the chocolate cream and bring to a boil.
3. Add vanilla to the milk.
4. Put half of the white cream in the mold. Put cookies soaked in milk on top.
5. Then put half of the chocolate cream and also cover with a layer of biscuits. Spread the rest of the white and chocolate cream. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and decorate with strawberries.
