Cheesy Garlic Baked Sausages

Ingredients

4–6 large sausages (beef, chicken, or pork)

1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Β½ tsp black pepper

Β½ tsp paprika (optional)

A pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the sausages

Preheat your oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).

Place the sausages on a baking tray.

Bake them for 20–25 minutes, turning once until browned.

2. Prepare the garlic butter topping

In a small pan, melt the butter.

Add minced garlic and sautΓ© for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add chopped green pepper, black pepper, paprika, and a pinch of salt.

Cook for 2–3 minutes and remove from heat.

3. Add the cheese

Remove sausages from the oven.

Spoon the garlic-pepper mixture on top of each sausage.

Sprinkle generously with shredded cheese.

4. Bake again

Return to the oven for 5–7 minutes until the cheese melts and becomes golden.

5. Garnish

Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.

Serve hot with fries, rice, or bread.
