SALTY Carrot & Goat Cheese Brownie πŸ˜‰

For the recipe 🍴

– 500 g carrots, washed and peeled (you can keep the skin if they are organic)- 3 eggs- 100 g hazelnut puree – Salt pepper- 200 g wheat flour (semi-wholemeal for me)- 1 tsp baking powder- 200 g goat cheese log, crumbled- 60 g hazelnuts, crushed.

The stages of preparation πŸ“–:

1/ Cook your carrots until they are soft (I cut them into small pieces, then steam them for 15 minutes).2/ Preheat the oven to 180Β°C.3/ Mix your carrots with your eggs, your hazelnut puree, salt and pepper until you obtain a very smooth puree (I do it with a hand blender, it’s practical).4/ Add the flour and baking powder then mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.5/ Add the crumbled goat cheese and crushed hazelnuts.6/ Pour your preparation into a brownie mold lined with baking paper then bake for 30 minutes.7/ Remove from the oven, let cool so as not to burn yourself, then serve warm
