Lemon cake, ready in 5 minutes: here is a tip to try absolutely!
2 organic lemons
230g of sugar
1 packet of baking powder
50ml vegetable oil
- Wash and slice the lemons then blend them. Add the limoncello, sugar and milk and continue mixing.
- Add eggs and flour. Finally add the baking powder.
- Blend for 5 minutes or until smooth and frothy.
- Pour the batter into a buttered cake tin and bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. Show less
