Lemon cake

Lemon cake, ready in 5 minutes: here is a tip to try absolutely!


2 organic lemons
50ml milk
230g of sugar
3 eggs
280g flour
1 packet of baking powder
50ml vegetable oil
20ml limoncello


  1. Wash and slice the lemons then blend them. Add the limoncello, sugar and milk and continue mixing.
  2. Add eggs and flour. Finally add the baking powder.
  3. Blend for 5 minutes or until smooth and frothy.
  4. Pour the batter into a buttered cake tin and bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. Show less
