3 INGREDIENT CAKE 😋

Ingredients:

4 eggs
250g cream cheese
400g of condensed milk

Preparation:

1. Separate the egg yolks and egg whites. Beat the egg yolks in a bowl. Add the ricotta cheese and condensed milk and beat well.
2. In another bowl, beat the egg whites. Add the egg whites to the first mixture and mix well.
3. Pour onto a baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes at 360°F/180°C.
4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve.
