BAKE CHOCOLATE COOKIES
300g of small cookies
300 ml of milk
100g powdered sugar
15g of cocoa
125g milk chocolate chopped pistachio
Chop the biscuits, add the softened butter, sugar, cocoa and milk, then knead into a fine paste and roll in cling film.
Leave in the fridge for 2 hours. Cut the roll into 2 cm thick pieces and dip the chocolate.
Sprinkle the chocolate, while it is still liquid, with the crushed pistachios.
