POTATO PRETZEL BREAD

๐ŸŒŸ INGREDIENTS

โ—พ๏ธ1 medium boiled mashed potato
โ—พ๏ธ3tbsp sugar
โ—พ๏ธ1 tsp yeast
โ—พ๏ธยผ tsp salt
โ—พ๏ธโ…“ cup Lukewarm Milk
โ—พ๏ธ1 tbsp butter
โ—พ๏ธ1 egg yolk (brush on top before baking)
โ—พ๏ธSesame seeds (optional)

๐ŸŒŸ PROCEDURE

โ—พ๏ธPeel and boil the potato

โ—พ๏ธMash the potato

โ—พ๏ธIn a bowl put the flour, mashed potatoes, sugar, yeast, and salt. Then combine the dry Ingredients well

โ—พ๏ธWhen done combine well. Put the milk. Knead it for 1 minute

โ—พ๏ธAfter kneading for 1 minute put the butter. Knead the butter into the dough. Until it is soft and smooth
