🌟 INGREDIENTS
◾️1½ cups bread flour
◾️1 medium boiled mashed potato
◾️3tbsp sugar
◾️1 tsp yeast
◾️¼ tsp salt
◾️⅓ cup Lukewarm Milk
◾️1 tbsp butter
◾️1 egg yolk (brush on top before baking)
◾️Sesame seeds (optional)
🌟 PROCEDURE
◾️Peel and boil the potato
◾️Mash the potato
◾️In a bowl put the flour, mashed potatoes, sugar, yeast, and salt. Then combine the dry Ingredients well
◾️When done combine well. Put the milk. Knead it for 1 minute
◾️After kneading for 1 minute put the butter. Knead the butter into the dough. Until it is soft and smooth
◾️When it’s done knead. Cover with a cloth and let rest for 1 hour
◾️After 1 hour. Divide the dough into 8 and round it. And make a pretzel shaped
◾️Then make a pretzel shape place everything on the baking tray. And rest again for 1 hour
◾️After 1 hour Brush egg yolk on top and sprinkle with Sesame seeds before baking
◾️Bake at 160°c for 18 minutes
