WHITE CHOCOLATE CAKE

White Chocolate Cake is a moist and tender cake with coconut and pecans that is topped with a creamy white chocolate cream cheese frosting. Top it with more pecans and itโ€™s like a white chocolate twist on a German Chocolate Cake.

โ—Ingredients:

โ€ข2 eggs
โ€ข100g of sugar
โ€ข150g of flour
โ€ข50ml of milk
โ€ข50ml of vegetable oil
โ€ขPinch of salt
โ€ข1/2 packet of baking powder
White hazelnut spread as needed
Chopped Hazelnut Chocolate Bar

โ—Preparation:

Start by preparing the cake batter: beat the eggs together with a pinch of salt and the sugar.ย  Add milk, oil and gradually add flour.

Mix in the baking powder at the end and pour into a pie dish with a 26cm base, bake at 180ยฐC for 20 minutes.ย  When the base has cooled, pour the white hazelnut cream over it.

Decorate the cake with some chopped hazelnuts and a little hazelnut cream.
