
INGREDIENTS :
โก 200g biscuit
โก 100g melted butter
โก 5 eggs
โก 700g cream cheese
โก 100g (1/2 cup) sugar
โก 150g melted chocolate
โก 2 tbsp vegetable oil
โก 40g (1/3 cup) Hazelnut grain
METHOD :
โก In a bowl mix together crushed biscuits and melted butter, transfer to the baking pan, and press it.
โก In another bowl mix cream cheese with eggs and sugar.
โก Pour onto the pressed biscuits. Bake at 160ยฐC (320ยฐF) for 45 minutes.
โก Cut into squares and dip into the melted chocolate and hazelnut grain mixture.
โก Freeze for 15 minutes.
