Cheesecake bites

INGREDIENTS :

➡ 200g biscuit
➡ 100g melted butter
➡ 5 eggs
➡ 700g cream cheese
➡ 100g (1/2 cup) sugar
➡ 150g melted chocolate
➡ 2 tbsp vegetable oil
➡ 40g (1/3 cup) Hazelnut grain

METHOD :

➡ In a bowl mix together crushed biscuits and melted butter, transfer to the baking pan, and press it.

➡ In another bowl mix cream cheese with eggs and sugar.

➡ Pour onto the pressed biscuits. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 45 minutes.

➡ Cut into squares and dip into the melted chocolate and hazelnut grain mixture.

➡ Freeze for 15 minutes.
