Cheesecake bites

INGREDIENTS :

โžก 200g biscuit
โžก 100g melted butter
โžก 5 eggs
โžก 700g cream cheese
โžก 100g (1/2 cup) sugar
โžก 150g melted chocolate
โžก 2 tbsp vegetable oil
โžก 40g (1/3 cup) Hazelnut grain

METHOD :

โžก In a bowl mix together crushed biscuits and melted butter, transfer to the baking pan, and press it.

โžก In another bowl mix cream cheese with eggs and sugar.

โžก Pour onto the pressed biscuits. Bake at 160ยฐC (320ยฐF) for 45 minutes.

โžก Cut into squares and dip into the melted chocolate and hazelnut grain mixture.

โžก Freeze for 15 minutes.
