Mandarin chocolate tiramisu for a fruity and gourmet dessert!
Ingredients
– 500 grams of mascarpone
– 4 eggs
– 100 grams of sugar
– Cookies with the Spoon
– 200 ml of strong coffee (chilled)
– 50 ml orange liqueur (optional)
– Cocoa powder
– 4-5 tangerines, peeled and in segments
– Grated dark chocolate
– Mint leaves (for decoration)

Instructions :
1. Preparation of mascarpone mixture:
– Separate egg whites from egg yolks.
– In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until you get a creamy mixture.
– Add mascarpone and mix well until you get a homogeneous texture.
– Beat the snow whites and gently incorporate them with the mascarpone mixture.
2. Preparing of cookies:
– Mix coffee with orange liqueur.
– Quickly dip each biscuit in the coffee-liqueur mixture and arrange them at the bottom of a rectangular dish.
3. Assembling the tiramisu:
– Spread a layer of mascarpone cream on the soaked cookies.
– Have a layer of tangerine segments on top.
– Add another layer of soaked cookies, then another layer of cream.
– Sift cocoa powder on top and add a few extra tangerine segments for decoration.
4. Finishing:
– Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
– Before serving, grate dark chocolate on top and add mint leaves for the final touch.
5. Service :
– Cut into portions and serve fresh for a dessert full of freshness and flavors.
