Garlic spaghetti with prawns π€ π

The garlic spaghetti with prawns is fantastic: thanks to the simple preparation, you only need half an hour and, of course, lots of garlic and good olive oil. This way, you can conjure up a great pasta recipe in no time.
INGREDIENTS
180 g spaghetti
Salt
5 tbsp olive oil
3 β 4 cloves of garlic
10 medium-sized peeled prawns
a few sprigs of parsley
1 pinch of chili flakes
pepper
PREPARATION
1. For the pasta, put a large pot of water on the stove and bring to the boil. Only add the salt when the water is already boiling. Add the pasta and cook βal denteβ according to the instructions on the packet. Drain the pasta through a sieve, put it back in the pot and mix with olive oil.
2. Meanwhile, peel the garlic and cut it into very thin slices.Β If necessary, defrost the prawns in cold water in good time and dab them with kitchen paper.
3. Rinse the parsley, shake dry and chop finely without the stems. Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic slices for about 1 minute over medium heat. Add the prawns and fry for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Add the cooked hot pasta to the pan, mix well and season with the chili flakes, salt and pepper. Sprinkle the parsley on top. Enjoy!
