Pasta with broccoli

INGREDIENTS

1 small broccoli
1 small onion
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
200 g cream
ยผ tsp salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of nutmeg
2 tbsp crรจme fraรฎche
1 dash of lemon juice
15 g pine nuts

ALSO

160 g pasta (e.g. penne or spaghetti)
1 tbsp salt

PREPARATION

1. For the broccoli pasta, cut the broccoli into small florets. Peel the onion and garlic and dice finely. Heat the butter and olive oil in a pan and melt.

2. Gently sautรฉ the broccoli, onions and garlic for about 2 minutes over a medium heat. Pour in the cream. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and simmer gently until the broccoli is al dente.

3. Stir in the crรจme fraรฎche and season the sauce with lemon juice. Meanwhile, roast the pine nuts in the oven at 150 degrees for about 8 minutes.

4. Cook the pasta in well-salted water according to the instructions on the packet, drain and mix into the sauce. Sprinkle the pine nuts over the broccoli noodles. Divide between plates and serve. Enjoy!
