Chocolate Biscuit Delight
Chocolate Biscuit Delight, a heavenly treat that combines the rich, velvety goodness of chocolate with the satisfying crunch of perfectly baked biscuits. Each bite is a harmonious blend of sweetness and texture, creating a symphony of flavors that dance on your taste buds.
100 g margarine or butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup liquid milk
3 tablespoons cocoa
2 and a half cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 vanilla pod or 1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup cold milk
1 bag of whipped cream
80 grams melted chocolate
Start by beating the egg and sugar into the margarine or butter at room temperature. Use a mixer to create a creamy mixture.
Once well combined, add the liquid milk and continue mixing until the mixture is smooth.
Gradually add the dry ingredients: cocoa, flour, baking powder, and the vanilla (either use the seeds from the pod or vanilla extract for a delightful flavor).
Transfer the mixture into a squeeze bag for easy shaping.
Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Squeeze the mixture onto the tray, creating shapes. Don’t worry about their exact shape; they will spread in the oven.
Bake the biscuits for 8 minutes in the preheated oven.
Once the biscuits are baked and cooled, prepare the filling by whipping the cream with the cold milk.
Spread the whipped cream mixture between the baked biscuits, creating flavorful sandwiches.
For the ultimate chocolate experience, drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the biscuits.
