Moist and Fluffy Chocolate Cake

Ingredients for the cake

β’ 6 tablespoons of sugar
β’ 6 tablespoons of milk
β’ 6 tablespoons of oil
β’ 6 tablespoons of water
β’ 6 tablespoons of flour
β’ 6 tablespoons of powdered chocolate
β’ 1 tablespoon baking powder
Ingredients for the coverage:
β’ 250ml of water
β’ 300 grams of milk chocolate
β’ 300 grams of milk chocolate
β’ 2 tablespoons of sugar
Preparation of the cake
Before preparing this recipe, make sure you have all the ingredients on hand and follow the recipe to the letter.

In a bowl, I will add 5 eggs, 6 tablespoons of sugar and mix it all with a mixer.

Now Iβll add 6 tablespoons of milk, 6 tablespoons of oil, 6 tablespoons of water and mix well.

Iβll add 6 tablespoons of all purpose flour and mix again.

Lastly, Iβll add 4 tablespoons of chocolate powder and 1 tablespoon of baking powder.

I will transfer the dough to a glass bowl and cook it in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

In a saucepan, add 250 ml of water, 2 tablespoons of sugar, stir and bring to a boil.

Here I have 300 grams of milk chocolate, I will microwave it in 30 second intervals to melt the chocolate. It can also be melted in a water bath.

I will add 200 grams of heavy cream and mix until smooth.
Step 3
I will put this syrup on top of the cake and put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
