HOMEMADE BUTTER BREAD
Butter bread is a type of enriched bread that is made with butter, milk, and eggs. This gives the bread a rich, buttery flavor and a slightly sweet taste. Butter bread is also very soft and fluffy, making it perfect for sandwiches, toast, or just eating plain.
Ingredients:
1 egg
150 ml of milk
80 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon bread yeast
300 grams of flour
Salt 1 teaspoon
Butter 2 tablespoons for dough
Butter to grease the layers

Preparation:
1. Add sugar, milk, salt and yeast to the egg.ย Mix.ย Add all the flour and mix.ย Cover with a towel and leave to rest for 20 minutes.ย Then turn the dough out onto a floured surface.ย Begin kneading, gradually adding the softened butter.ย Knead for at least 10 minutes.ย Then cover and leave for 20 minutes.
2. Roll out the dough into a rectangle approximately 2 mm thick.ย Grease with butter.ย Shape as shown in the video.ย Roll up and cut into pieces of 2 cm maximum.ย Divide in half and place in greased molds.ย Let rise for 1 hour.
3. Paint with egg and milk.ย Bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes until golden.
