STUFFED COCONUT BUDIN 😋
😍 Easy and Fast!! ready in 40 minutes 😍
●Ingredients :
•1 and 1/2 cup self-rising flour
•1/2 cup of shredded coconut
•1/2 cup sugar
• 100 gr cream cheese (can be replaced by butter)
•2 eggs
•vanilla
●FILL:
Dulce de Leche w/n
●Preparation :
Melt the butter and add the rest of the ingredients, beating vigorously / Let the preparation cool for 15 minutes in the fridge / In a well-greased mold (if you want with non-stick paper) place half of the mixture, put the dulce de leche and cover again leaving place for it to grow / Bake at medium temperature approximately 20 minutes
●DECORATION:
Cover with dulce de leche and grated coconut on top.
