Ingredients:


170g of flour
75g of sugar
2g baking powder
4 eggs
140g of milk
90g seed oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Lemon peel
75g of sugar


Indications:

  1. Divide the yolks from the whites.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar and yeast.
  3. Then add the egg yolks, milk, oil, vanilla extract, and lemon zest.
  4. Beat the egg whites with the other 75 grams of sugar.
  5. Combine the two compounds and pour into a tall donut pan.
  6. Bake at 240ยฐF/120ยฐ for 75 minutes, then at 300ยฐF/150ยฐ for 20 minutes.
