LEMON CAKE ๐
Ingredients:
170g of flour
75g of sugar
2g baking powder
4 eggs
140g of milk
90g seed oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Lemon peel
75g of sugar
Indications:
- Divide the yolks from the whites.
- Mix the flour, sugar and yeast.
- Then add the egg yolks, milk, oil, vanilla extract, and lemon zest.
- Beat the egg whites with the other 75 grams of sugar.
- Combine the two compounds and pour into a tall donut pan.
- Bake at 240ยฐF/120ยฐ for 75 minutes, then at 300ยฐF/150ยฐ for 20 minutes.
