CHOCOLATE PUDDING

CHOCOLATE PUDDING 😋

Ingredient

250g of dark chocolate
850 ml of milk
4g of agar agar
90g of sugar cocoa powder

Preparation:

  1. Pour the chocolate into the bowl and melt it in the saucepan.
  2. Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add the agar agar then beat for 5 minutes over medium heat until it boils.
  3. Add the sugar and melted chocolate, then beat one last time on low heat for another 2 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture into a cake tin (22cm – pan size) and allow to cool completely. Then let sit in the fridge for at least 3 hours (or overnight).
  5. After the pudding is ready, invert it on the plate, sprinkle it with cocoa powder and serve.
