70g Vanilla sugar
10 g Powdered sugar
70 g Chocolate
200g Molds .
- Melt the butter and mix it with the vanilla sugar and powdered sugar.
- Add the ricotta mixture and mix everything to obtain a cream.
- Melt the chocolate and brush it into the molds to create the wrapper, put in the fridge for 10 minutes.
