Powdered Milk Sequilho with Chocolate

Ingredients

• 2 cups (tea) of corn starch • 3 tablespoons of powdered milk
• 1/2 can of condensed milk • 1 tablespoon of butter (very complete)
• 100 g of melted semi-sweet chocolate

preparation mode

1° – Mix all the ingredients with your hands (except the semisweet chocolate) until there is a dough that does not stick.

2° – Grease a glass dish or a roast with butter.

3° – Use all the dough to make balls of about 2.5 cm in diameter and place them all in the buttered container

4° – Press all the balls with the back of a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

5° – Melt the semisweet chocolate and dip in half of the already baked cookies.

6° – Place them on top of a container lined with parchment paper and take it to the fridge until it hardens.
