STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM CAKE

INGREDIENTS

250g strawberries
3 spoonfuls of sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
300 ml of whipped cream
125 g strawberry yogurt

METHOD

In the pan over low heat cook the strawberries with sugar and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and allow to cool.

Put the sliced ​​strawberries in the pan. Mix smooth strawberries, yogurt, and whipped cream.

Pour into the pan and freeze for 3 hours.
