INGREDIENTS
250g strawberries
3 spoonfuls of sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
300 ml of whipped cream
125 g strawberry yogurt
METHOD
In the pan over low heat cook the strawberries with sugar and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and allow to cool.
Put the sliced strawberries in the pan. Mix smooth strawberries, yogurt, and whipped cream.
Pour into the pan and freeze for 3 hours.
