50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil

cake flour 70 g

How to make an Ogura cake
in a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the juice, oil and salt.
Whisk until smooth.
Sift the flour into the wet ingredients.
Pass the paste through a sieve.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites with the sugar. Incorporate the first mixture.
Transfer to the baking dish in the larger saucepan with hot water.
Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 30 minutes then another 30 minutes at 130°C (260°F). Use a large plate to unmold the cake from the cake pan.
