*1 1/2 cups (140g) oat flour
*1/4 cup (30g) coconut flour
*1/4 tsp salt
*1/2 tsp baking powder
*1/2 tsp baking soda
*1/3 cup (75g) softened coconut oil or vegan butter
*1/2 cup (100g)  tahini
*1/2 cup (75g) coconut sugar
*3-4tbsp (50-68g) liquid sweetener e.g maple syrup. I used  coconut nectar
*1 flax egg (or egg if not vegan)
*4tbsp plant milk
*1 tsp vanilla extract
*150g dark chocolate chunks


🍪mix flours, baking powder, baking soda and salt
🍪separately whisk oil, tahini, syrup sweetener and sugar until creamy then stir in milk, flax egg and vanilla
🍪add dry ingredients to wet
🍪fold in chocolate chunks (save some to top the cookies)
🍪refrigerate for at least 30mins
🍪preheat oven to 180 and line baking tray.
🍪scoop 55g balls, top with leftover choc and bake for 13-15mins until just golden
