๐Ÿ“Ingredients:

โœ…7 gr of dry yeast
โœ…250 ml of hot milk
โœ…42 gr melted butter
โœ…1 egg
โœ…375 gr flour
โœ…400 gr of grated carrots
โœ…Onions
โœ…1 teaspoon of sugar
โœ…salt
โœ…100 gr of butter cut into cubes
โœ… Breadcrumbs to taste

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐ŸณIndications:


In a bowl mix the yeast, milk, melted butter and egg.


Then add the flour, grated carrots, chives, sugar and salt. Form a uniform mixture and let stand 60-90 minutes.


Knead the dough and form a uniform dough. Divide into 12 parts and fill with the butter cubes. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Brush an egg and bake at 356ยฐF (180ยฐ) for 25-30 minutes.
