
๐ INGREDIENTS
โพ๏ธ4 cups of all purpose Flour (sifted)
โพ๏ธ1ยฝ cup of warm liquid milk
โพ๏ธ4 tablespoons of instant yeast
โพ๏ธ2 tablespoons of sugar
โพ๏ธ2 eggs
โพ๏ธ2 tablespoons of coconut flavor
โพ๏ธ1 tablespoon of salt
โพ๏ธCoconut flakes (grated coconut)
โพ๏ธ4 tablespoons of softened butter
๐ PROCEDURES
In a mixing bowl, combine the warm milk, yeast, sugar, eggs and whisk properly.
Add the sifted flour, salt and coconut flakes.
Mix together using a spatula to form a dough.
Let it rest for about 10mins afterwards, add the softened butter and mix.
Transfer the dough into a floured surface and knead until itโs stretchy.
Transfer the kneaded dough into a greased bowl, cover until it doubles in size.
Knock the air out of the dough.
Transfer the dough into your work surface.
Cut the dough into small sizes, fold/roll each of them into a ball/round dough.
Place some parchment paper on the baking pan and transfer the dough into it.
โพ๏ธCover and let it double in size.
โพ๏ธBrush with some egg and bake in a preheated oven of 175ยฐc for 25-30mins.
