COCONUT BREAD RECIPES

๐ŸŒŸ INGREDIENTS

โ—พ๏ธ4 cups of all purpose Flour (sifted)
โ—พ๏ธ1ยฝ cup of warm liquid milk
โ—พ๏ธ4 tablespoons of instant yeast
โ—พ๏ธ2 tablespoons of sugar
โ—พ๏ธ2 eggs
โ—พ๏ธ2 tablespoons of coconut flavor
โ—พ๏ธ1 tablespoon of salt
โ—พ๏ธCoconut flakes (grated coconut)
โ—พ๏ธ4 tablespoons of softened butter

๐ŸŒŸ PROCEDURES

In a mixing bowl, combine the warm milk, yeast, sugar, eggs and whisk properly.

Add the sifted flour, salt and coconut flakes.

Mix together using a spatula to form a dough.

Let it rest for about 10mins afterwards, add the softened butter and mix.

Transfer the dough into a floured surface and knead until itโ€™s stretchy.

Transfer the kneaded dough into a greased bowl, cover until it doubles in size.

Knock the air out of the dough.

Transfer the dough into your work surface.

Cut the dough into small sizes, fold/roll each of them into a ball/round dough.

Place some parchment paper on the baking pan and transfer the dough into it.

โ—พ๏ธCover and let it double in size.

โ—พ๏ธBrush with some egg and bake in a preheated oven of 175ยฐc for 25-30mins.
