Cinnamon Roll
Ingredients
For the Dough
3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup warm milk
2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
¼ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup melted butter
1 egg
½ tsp salt
For the Filling
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
¼ cup softened butter
For the Cream Cheese Glaze
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
2 tbsp butter (softened)
1 cup powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
2–3 tbsp milk

Instructions
Activate the yeast
In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5–10 minutes until foamy.
Make the dough
Add melted butter, egg, and salt. Gradually add flour and mix until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough
Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth.
Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Prepare the filling
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Shape the rolls
Roll the dough into a large rectangle.
Spread butter over it, then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Roll and cut
Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 10–12 rolls.
Second rise
Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
