Garlic Butter Salmon Rolls
Ingredients (2–3 servings)
For the salmon:
2 large salmon fillets (skin removed)
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
1 tsp paprika (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
For the filling:
100 g cream cheese (softened)
1 tbsp fresh parsley or chives (chopped)
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 tsp lemon juice
For cooking:
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice (extra)
Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the salmon
Cut the salmon into thin strips.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
2️⃣ Make the filling
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic, herbs, and lemon juice until smooth.
3️⃣ Roll the salmon
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture on each salmon strip.
Roll the salmon tightly into spiral rolls.
4️⃣ Cook the salmon rolls
Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Place salmon rolls in the pan and cook for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden.
Add lemon juice at the end.
5️⃣ Serve
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot with salad or vegetables.
Tips
Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or salad.
You can add spinach or cheese inside for extra flavor.
Don’t overcook the salmon to keep it juicy.
