Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs
Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough)
250 g (½ lb) ground beef
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp ketchup (optional)
1 tbsp mustard (optional)
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Cook the beef in a pan over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Season the beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir in bacon, onion, ketchup, and mustard.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Flatten biscuit dough into circles.
Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center of each dough circle.
Add shredded cheese on top.
Seal the dough around the filling, pinching tightly to form a ball.
Place seam-side down on the baking tray.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving Tips
Serve with ketchup, burger sauce, or ranch dip.
Great as a snack, party food, or quick dinner.
