Triple Layer Chocolate Pudding Dessert
Ingredients
Chocolate Layer
3 cups (720 ml) milk
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
6 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
4 tbsp cornstarch
200 g dark chocolate, chopped
1 tsp vanilla extract
Vanilla Layer
3 cups (720 ml) milk
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
1 cup sugar
5 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
Base Layer
200 g crushed chocolate biscuits (optional)
4 tbsp melted butter (optional)
Topping
Chocolate shavings

Instructions
1. Prepare the Optional Biscuit Base
1. Mix crushed chocolate biscuits with melted butter.
2. Press into the bottom of your glass dish.
3. Place in the fridge while preparing the creams.
2. Prepare the Chocolate Layer
1. In a pot, mix milk, cream, cocoa powder, sugar, and cornstarch.
2. Whisk well until smooth.
3. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
4. Remove from heat, add dark chocolate and vanilla, stir until melted.
5. Pour half of the chocolate mixture into the dish and let it set 10 minutes.
3. Prepare the Vanilla Layer
1. In another pot, mix milk, cream, sugar, and cornstarch.
2. Cook until thick and creamy.
3. Add vanilla.
4. Pour the vanilla layer gently over the first chocolate layer.
5. Let it set for 10 minutes.
4. Add the Final Chocolate Layer
1. Pour the remaining chocolate mixture on top.
2. Smooth the surface and sprinkle chocolate shavings.
5. Chill
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight, until fully set.
Serve
Cut into neat squares and enjoy the creamy layered texture!
