Pink Christmas Tree Cupcakes Recipe
Ingredients
For the Vanilla Cupcakes
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 ½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
2 large eggs
½ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Pink Buttercream Frosting
1 cup unsalted butter (soft, room temperature)
3–4 cups powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp milk or heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pink food coloring
Edible silver pearls (decorations)
Pink candy stars (for topping)

Instructions
1. Make the Cupcakes
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Place cupcake liners in a muffin tray.
3. In a bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt.
4. In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
5. Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
6. Add the dry ingredients and the milk alternately, mixing until smooth.
7. Fill each cupcake liner 2/3 full.
8. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
9. Let them cool completely.
2. Make the Pink Frosting
1. Beat the butter until fluffy.
2. Add powdered sugar gradually.
3. Add milk and vanilla to adjust the texture.
4. Add pink food coloring until you get the desired shade.
5. Fill a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
3. Decorate the Cupcakes
1. Pipe the frosting in a tall swirl shape to look like a Christmas tree.
2. Add silver edible pearls to resemble ornaments.
3. Place a pink candy star on top of each cupcake.
