Beef and Penne Pasta

Beef and Penne Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

300g beef steak, cut into strips

2 cups penne pasta

1 red bell pepper, chopped

2 tomatoes, chopped (or 1 cup tomato sauce)

1 small onion, finely chopped

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

Salt to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the Pasta

Boil water with a little salt.

Add the penne pasta and cook until al dente.

Drain and set aside.

2. Cook the Beef

Heat olive oil in a pan.

Add the beef strips and cook on high heat until browned.

Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Remove the beef and set aside.

3. Prepare the Sauce

In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed.

Sauté the onion and garlic until soft.

Add the chopped bell pepper and cook 3 minutes.

Add tomatoes (or tomato sauce) and simmer for 5–7 minutes.

Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

4. Combine Everything

Return the cooked beef to the pan.

Add the cooked penne pasta.

Mix well so the pasta is coated with sauce.

Simmer for 2–3 minutes.

5. Serve

Garnish with fresh parsley.

Serve hot and enjoy!
