Crispy Cheese Triangles
Ingredients:
10 samosa or spring roll sheets (or puff pastry squares)
1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
½ cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 egg (for sealing and coating)
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon flour mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for sealing, optional)
Oil for frying
Optional: chopped parsley or herbs for garnish

Instructions:
1. Prepare the filling:
In a bowl, mix the mozzarella and cheddar cheese together.
2. Fill and shape:
Place a spoonful of cheese mixture on one corner of the pastry sheet.
Fold into a triangle shape, sealing the edges with beaten egg or flour paste.
3. Coat:
Dip each triangle lightly in beaten egg.
Then coat with breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
4. Fry:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry the triangles until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
5. Serve:
Drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with parsley or herbs.
Serve hot with ketchup or spicy mayo.
Tips:
For a spicy version, add chili flakes or jalapeños to the cheese filling.
You can also bake them at 200°C (390°F) for 15–20 minutes for a healthier option.
