Beef and Broccoli Noodles Recipe
Ingredients:
200 g (7 oz) egg noodles
300 g (10 oz) beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 small red bell pepper, sliced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
For the Sauce:
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 cup beef broth or water
1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)

Instructions:
1. Cook the noodles:
Boil the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the beef:
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the beef slices and cook until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. Stir-fry vegetables:
In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil.
Add garlic, ginger, broccoli, and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
4. Prepare the sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and beef broth.
Pour the sauce into the pan with the vegetables and bring to a simmer.
5. Combine everything:
Add the cooked beef and noodles into the pan.
Stir well to coat everything with the sauce.
Add the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce, stirring until glossy.
6. Serve:
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot!
