No-Bake Biscuit Pudding Dessert
Ingredients:
For the Vanilla Layer:
4 cups (1 liter) milk
½ cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons flour
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Layer:
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon cornstarch
100 g (about 3.5 oz) milk chocolate
For the Layers:
2 packs rectangular tea biscuits (Marie or Petit Beurre type)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Vanilla Cream:
In a saucepan, mix milk, sugar, cornstarch, flour, and egg yolk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
Remove from heat, add vanilla extract, and mix well.
Let it cool slightly.
2. Assemble the First Layer:
Pour half of the vanilla cream into a glass dish.
Smooth it evenly with a spatula.
Add a layer of biscuits on top.
3. Prepare the Chocolate Cream:
In another saucepan, mix milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and cornstarch.
Cook while stirring until thickened.
Remove from heat and add the milk chocolate; stir until melted and smooth.
4. Final Assembly:
Pour the chocolate cream over the layer of biscuits.
Spread evenly.
Let the dessert cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight).
5. Serve:
Cut into squares and serve chilled.
