STRAWBERRY NESTLE CAKE

Ingredients:

Crust:

3 eggs

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup oil

1 cup milk

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Filling and Topping:

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 box heavy cream

1 cup powdered milk (Ninho)

1 tablespoon butter

1 can chopped fresh strawberries

Cake syrup:

1/2 cup milk

1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk

Instructions:

1. Dough:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a medium-sized pan.

2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy.

3. Add the oil, milk, and vanilla, mixing well.

4. Sift the flour and gradually mix until smooth.

5. Add the baking powder and mix gently.

6. Pour into the pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown.

2. Filling and Topping:

1. In a saucepan, combine the condensed milk, cream, butter, and powdered milk.

2. Cook over medium heat until slightly thickened (like a soft brigadeiro).

3. Let cool.

3. Assembly:

1. Cut the cake in half and moisten each half with the syrup.

2. Spread half of the cream and scatter the chopped strawberries.

3. Place the other half of the cake on top and cover with the remaining cream.

4. Decorate with more strawberries and, if desired, sprinkle powdered milk on top.

Refrigerate for a few hours before serving. It’s irresistible!
