Garlic-Parmesan Cheeseburger
Juicy grilled beef patty smothered in parmesan-laced cheese, stacked with fresh greens and garlicky goodness on a toasted brioche bun—burger night just got an upgrade!
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
Salt & pepper, to taste
4 brioche buns, toasted
4 slices garlic-parmesan cheese (or provolone + garlic butter + grated parm)
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp butter
Arugula or baby greens
Garlic aioli or parmesan mayo (optional)

Directions
1️⃣ Form Patties: Shape beef into 4 patties. Season with salt & pepper.
2️⃣ Grill: Cook on medium-high heat for 3–4 mins per side, until done to your liking.
3️⃣ Add Cheese: In final minute, place cheese on patties and cover to melt.
4️⃣ Toast Buns: Spread butter & minced garlic on cut sides of buns. Toast until golden.
5️⃣ Assemble: Layer bottom bun with aioli, patty, greens, sprinkle of grated parm, and top bun. Serve hot!
